1. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. We use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product. Due to the artisan nature of our products "made-to-order" status is often used. When we have quantities on hand the products are marked with "in-stock" availability.  If any product you order is discontinued, you will be notified and either offered a credit, an exchange, or a refund.

2. PAYMENT
We accept the following: 

This payment will be initiated at checkout on our site after which you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account!

As most of our products are custom made, your card will be charged at the time of placing the order. Your credit card will be billed by SDKings - the parent company of  www.TheQuiltFairy.com

All Missouri residents will be charged 7.700% sales tax.

3. SHIPPING:

We make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of your order. Items with "in-stock" availability will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Items with "In Stock (2-4 weeks delivery)" availability will be commissioned within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-4 weeks of placing the order. During this time we will provide you with progress reports on the order status and will notify you promptly of any delays. 

The items will be shipped our best way, which is usually UPS or US Postal Service . Shipments do not require a signature at delivery unless specifically requested. We currently only ship to addresses in the Continental United States; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If we are able to use more cost efficient shipping to Canada you will be informed and your payment will be adjusted accordingly.

• PRIORITY OR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

If you would like priority or overnight shipping, please contact us at magicservice@thequiltfairy.com for a quote before you place your order. Not all items are available for overnight shipping.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At present, we do not ship internationally!

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind what we sell. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item within the following guidelines.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery. All returns are to be accompanied by the original sales receipt and be in the original packaging with original tags and labels.
   
• All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Call (816)873-8484 or email magicservice@thequiltfairy.com to obtain the Return Authorization Number and the address for the return.
   
• Items returned in compliance with the Return Policy will be offered either an exchange or a store credit. No refunds will be applied to orders returned to us without a Return Authorization Number
   
• No refunds or returns on personalized items. Personalized items are subject to return only in case of spelling error.

Regular Merchandise:

• Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
   
• Items not considered Regular Merchandise: used bedding; products with stains, soiling or burns; products with unusual odors; items that have been washed; pitting of fabric from washing..
   
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer. 
   
• Returns of Patch Magic^© products are subject to 25% restocking fee.

Defective and Damaged Merchandise:

•  Defective and Damaged Merchandise: large manufacturer's stains, rips that cannot be mended, defective stitching, defective quilting, design mistakes
   
• Ours are handmade artisan products and minor inconsistencies are not considered as a defect
   
• Please inspect the items you have ordered immediately upon delivery. Depending on the type of item ordered, you may be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt from UPS. In the rare situation where the item is obviously damaged, please refuse the shipment and keep the shipping receipt. Please note the reason for refusal on the shipping receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be delivered immediately.
   
• If you notice damage to your item after delivery, please note the specifics of the damage on your shipping receipt.
   
• In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for the return of the original item. Failure to return the damaged item will result in a charge to your credit card for the non-returned item.

Cancellation Policy

If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped or commissioned (usually within 24 hours of placing the order), there is no charge for the cancellation and you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped or commissioned, our Return Policy applies. Please contact us via phone or email and we will assess the situation and resolve it.
