Quilt Care Instructions

All of our baby quilts and the entire baby bedding collection are made from 100% cotton fabric and first quality cotton batting. Treat these items, especially the baby quilts, as you would a heirloom. 

You may machine wash on a gentle cycle separately, using cold water only and a very mild detergent. 

To maintain the crisp colors, we recomment hand washing with cold water and a mild detergent; then line or flat dry.

• Do not use bleach.
• Do not machine dry.
• Do not dry clean.

 All our products come with "Care Instructions".

Baby quilts have to breathe - storing them in plastic bags will suffocate them. Store unused baby quilts between clean cotton sheets or in cotton pillow cases. If possible roll the quilt around a foil-wrapped cardboard tube and cover with cotton sheet.

The best conditions to preserve a baby quilt: 70F and 50% relative humidity.

Air unused baby quilts at least 6 times a year; afterwords change the folding pattern.

Following these basic procedures will greatly increase the life of your quilt.
